The CNC controlled tube bending machines RB20 and RB30 are ideally suited for manufacture of pipes up to 30 x 2.0 mm with various bends, lengths and twists at up to three bending levels for several bending radii.
Therefore, they can be used in a variety of industrial applications for the purpose of reshaping pipes without chipping in the so-called cold bending process. Because of the fully automated operation of the computercontrolled tube bending machines, it is possible to freely program all settings and save them in the program. It yields exact and similar repeatabilities for the respective work pieces. Specifi c setting parameters, such as the feeding motion, the desired bending angle and the mechanical twisting can be applied serially without the slightest deviation. The multiBENDER RB30-M is the basic Rosenberger model and is mainly suited for serial manufacturing of highly precise parts as well as for the manufacture of individual parts.

The operator works with a high resolution display and user-friendly touchscreen mode. With their servo-motor bending drive, the machines are very cost- and energy-effi cient at very low emissions.
